Registration Cancellation & Refund Policies

The Early Bird and Independent Early Bird Rates are NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions.

Congress Rate registrations are refundable until November 2, 2006. All cancellation & refund requests must be made in writing no later than November 2, 2006 by fax to 403-678-3357 or email to history.registration@achillesmedia.com. A cancellation fee of $100 CDN will be deducted from your registration refund.

Registration Transfer Policies

All registrations are transferable to another delegate subject to a transfer fee of $50 CDN. Transfer requests must be made in writing by fax to 403-678-3357 or email to history.registration@achillesmedia.com. A registration form for the new delegate must be faxed to our office along with payment instructions for the applicable fees.
